Open Arms Solutions is hiring experienced Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and DSPs for weekend and PRN opportunities throughout Downtown Chicago. If you're looking for weekend caregiver jobs, part-time home care work, or PRN shifts in Chicago, this is an opportunity to provide one-on-one care while working with a supportive care team. Weekend & PRN Opportunities We’re looking for caregivers who can provide reliable coverage for:

• Weekends – recurring or as-needed
• PRN / on-call shifts based on client needs
• Day, evening, overnight, and other coverage may be available

Weekend availability is highly valued. PRN shifts are offered based on client needs and your availability and are not guaranteed. What You’ll Do Provide non-medical support that helps seniors remain safe and comfortable at home:

• Personal care and ADL assistance
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation and hydration
• Companionship and conversation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry related to client care
• Transportation or accompaniment when needed
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition

Service Areas Assignments are available throughout Downtown Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods, including: The Loop • River North • Streeterville • Gold Coast • West Loop • South Loop • Near North Side • Near West Side • Lincoln Park • Lakeview Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes are strongly preferred. What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience within the past 2 years
• Experience in home care, senior care, private duty, assisted living, CNA, HHA, or DSP roles
• Valid Driver’s License or State ID with reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete required background screenings
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
