Salary: $43,680 - 47,840 per year Requirements:

• We prefer at least 2 years of experience in IT help desk, desktop support, or technical support.
• We highly value hands-on experience with ManageEngine, ServiceDesk Plus, and/or ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
• We prefer experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, printers and peripheral devices, and iOS/Android mobile devices.
• We look for familiarity with core networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• We expect strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• We value excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• We provide Tier I/II help desk and desktop support for employees.
• We troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
• We resolve hardware, software, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• We document, prioritize, and handle incidents and service requests in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
• We support endpoint deployment, software installation, patching, and asset management using ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
• We create and maintain Active Directory user accounts, password resets, group memberships, and permissions.
• We install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software.
• We escalate complex technical issues while keeping customers informed in a timely manner.
• We deliver excellent customer service while meeting service level agreements.
• We follow ITIL-based incident, request, and problem management processes.
