Yoh Life Sciences is hiring for a temporary GMP Doc Control Assistant to support our biotech customer in San Marcos, CA.
The individual is responsible for scanning and filling controlled documents and maintaining an internal training program.The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.Shift: M-F 8:30 - 5pmDuration: ongoing temp Pay: $23-$28/hr DOE Duties and ResponsibilitiesScanning and filling of batch records, equipment files, validation reports, etc.Responsible for checking incoming documentation for accuracy.Responsible for sorting papers alphabetically and numerically according to content.Create or update records with new files and information.Storing documentation for off-site secured storage.Data entry in electronic scanning system.Point person for documentation requests.Responsible for maintaining the document control scanning software.Responsible for setting up and maintaining training files and completing initial training for new employees in a web-based system (Compliance Wire).Perform area line clearances for document control as needed.Responsible for reviewing daily IT logs.Special projects and additional functions as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Ability to show initiative and to perform in a multi-task environment.Knowledge of filing system.Microsoft Office Skills.Compliance Wire Knowledge Preferred.Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.Ability to work with personnel of all levels.Organizational Skills.Detail oriented.Minimum Job Requirements: High school diploma or GEDEstimated Min Rate$23.00Estimated Max Rate$28.00What's In It for You?We welcome you to be a part of the largest and legendary global staffing companies to meet your career aspirations.
