Sanderson Ford is looking for multiple Experienced Wholesale Parts Counterpersons to join our parts department. What We Offer * Competitive pay of $60,000 to $100,000 based on experience * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Life insurance and disability coverage * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid vacation and paid holidays * PTO and sick leave * New and used vehicle purchase discounts * Service and parts discounts * Uniforms provided * Flexible scheduling * Contact us for full details What You'll Do * Assist wholesale customers in sourcing and fulfilling parts requests accurately and efficiently * Look up and identify parts using Ford catalog systems and dealer management software * Process parts orders, returns, and credits in a timely manner * Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with stocking, receiving, and bin organization * Communicate parts availability and estimated arrival times to the service team and customers * Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and wholesale accounts * Follow dealership policies for parts invoicing, documentation, and recordkeeping * Support the parts department in meeting monthly sales and fill rate goals What We're Looking For * Prior automotive parts counter experience required * Ford dealership parts experience strongly preferred * Familiarity with Ford parts catalog systems and dealer management software * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Clear communicator who works well with technicians, advisors, and customers * Able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment * High school diploma or equivalent * Must be able to pass background and drug screenings Sanderson Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
