  • Prioritize concurrent requests, determining the urgency and nature of each situation to allocate resources appropriately in real time.
  • Document all inbound communications and dispatch decisions with clarity, ensuring thorough and accurate records.
  • Route information and dispatch instructions to relevant responders, consistently following established operational procedures.
  • Engage in multi-channel communication, managing multiple inbound and outbound streams simultaneously without compromising attention to detail.
  • Contribute domain expertise to help define data quality standards and protocol effectiveness for AI training purposes.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to further enhance the realism and accuracy of AI communications simulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in ambulance or emergency dispatch operations, including familiarity with incident triage and prioritization.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and remain composed in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Experience handling multiple communication channels (radio, phone, chat) simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in applying standardized decision-making protocols and checklists.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation of all interactions.
  • Experience as a dispatcher/coordinator is highly valued; formal certification is not required for this engagement.
